community
Connection to self, to others, and to the world around us matters. The spaces we share shape how we feel, grow, and move through change.
A core part of navigating change is exploring both our inner and outer worlds together. In community, we’re exposed to new perspectives, experiences, and conversations that can deepen how we understand ourselves — and open up ways of being we might not have found alone.
We often come to know ourselves more clearly through reflection with others and the “mirrors” they offer us. While 1:1 coaching creates space for personal clarity, that insight is often strengthened when it’s lived out in real time, in connection with others.
This page is a space for what brings us together: upcoming and past events, guided experiences, and ways to connect with others on similar paths.

Harvest Reflection
in collaboration with @thumnsdinnerclubb
Seventeen people joined us to pause, reflect, and recentre after a busy summer, gathering over lunch hosted by Thumn’s Dinner Club.
The session included guided meditation, journaling, and an introduction to the Life Check-In guide. This was designed to help people ground themselves in where they are, get clearer on what they want to move toward in the next season, and identify simple next steps.
It was meaningful to see people gain new insights during the reflection process, and to hear others share openly about what they’re navigating. A reminder that many of us are experiencing similar things, even if we don’t always say it out loud.
an evening of letting go
in collaboration with @sweatworking_yvr
Our group gathered at The Sweatworking Collective in Vancouver for an evening of movement, coaching, and connection, designed to support participants in releasing what they’ve been carrying.
The session included a restorative yoga flow led by Kristina, along with coaching tools and guided reflection on what feels heavy, why it can be difficult to let go, and what it might look like to create space for something new.
We closed with an open share, where participants were invited to speak about what came up for them. Many shared that simply naming their experience in a group setting helped lighten its weight.
